At HCA Healthcare, the Digital team is currently responsible for the management and evolution of HCA's various online touchpoints, which are undergoing major changes as part of a wider digital transformation. This includes working with a wide range of external agencies, HCA's internal IT team and a diverse set of stakeholders across hospitals, regulatory compliance teams, sales and marketing and corporate functions.  
Job Description
AS the Digital Delivery Manager you will work with a growing in-house digital team to deliver on HCA's vision. You will track team velocity closely, across infrastructure and front-end development, providing realistic forecasts for deliveries. Regular internal and external communication on timescales and deliverables will a be a key part of this role. You will also be expected to coach and mentor others in the team on Agile ways of working.
Your role will require you to track and report, in detail, on when projects, services and products will be delivered. You will work with both content production and engineering teams to ensure that when delivered, the final quality of the team's output meets the highest standards.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a delivery manager, senior project manager or programme manager with previous line management experience.

Working with responsive/adaptive multi-platform websites (mobile/tablet/desktop).

Confident presenting information to senior stakeholders and defending estimations and budgets where necessary.

Experience with Sitecore CMS preferred.

Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services (TFS) / Azure.Devops.
