Data Quality Analyst

My award winning and nationally recognised client, known for being great place to work, are looking for passionate and experienced Data Quality Analysts to join their growing Data Team as they embark on an exciting period of change.

As a Data Quality Analyst you'll provide insight and analysis of data quality enabling the business to make informed decisions, in line with long term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

*Deliver actionable data quality outcomes through elicitation and then translation of business quality requirements into technical rules and scorecards.

*Influence through business partnering model the necessary changes to existing process and technical solutions needed to drive data quality improvement.

*Plan and implement data acquisition strategies across multiple systems; then using available technical tools and analytical techniques deliver actionable insight into data quality issues.

*Provide data quality analytical consultancy to IT and Business Teams.

*Build and maintain relationships with internal customers, external suppliers and industry bodies to understand and ensure the delivery of improvements in an ever changing business dynamic.

*Coach, mentor, and guide team members in order to monitor and improve the quality and effectiveness of their work and support their development.

Key Skills and Experience required:

*Experience in a similar Data Analyst or Data Quality Analyst role.

*Proven experience of data profiling and, ideally data quality analysis across the full lifecycle.

*Able to understand business requirements and translate these into technical deliverables.

*Knowledge and experience of SQL or other similar query or programming languages.

*Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships.

*You will ideally be of graduate calibre or have equivalent experience ideally with a strong technology/ programming / statistical element.

The salary is £35,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience, plus a very generous bonus scheme and a variety of other benefits including healthcare, gym subsidy and very good pension scheme and many more.
