SCOPE FOR REMOTE WORKING
I am currently looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to implement change within a large and complex regulatory compliance project.
- Change Management Certification
- Previously worked within Regulatory Environment
- Public Sector experience
Responsibilities will include:
Change management framework and planning: lead the creation of the required business change products for the project. Ensure delivery of high-quality change management content for Business Cases and other project documentation. Change Impact Assessments, change plan, input into the overall project plan; lead the creation and management of the business readiness criteria across the project; identify, agree and produce all change artefacts required in a timely manner and at appropriate stages of the project.
Stakeholder engagement and communication: identify, segment and maintain a stakeholder engagement plan for the project and develop a stakeholder register; lead stakeholder engagement to ensure it meets business change requirements; communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders to develop a stakeholder and communication strategy and plan; lead on messaging in support of business change, providing content, and using appropriate channels; be the point of contact for senior stakeholders on change management issues; influence stakeholders and manage relationships effectively; ensure all those affected by the change are engaged, taking account of their levels of influence and interest.
Business readiness: lead the creation and management of the business readiness criteria across the project. Prepare the affected business area for the transition to new ways of working and ensure that business as usual is maintained during the transition. Ensure smooth transition of ongoing change activities from project to business area takes place and that changes are effectively integrated into the business.
Benefits realisation: work in partnership with the Benefits Manager and other key stakeholders to plan benefits realisation activities as part of all business change activities. Lead benefits realisation activities across the project and understand the impact of all business change activities on benefits management, establishing and implementing the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured.
*Demonstrate understanding of the complexity and diversity of customer needs and expectations and the full impact of change on culture, structure and morale.
*Experience of having anticipated and mitigated risks, handling unexpected problems and finding creative solutions.
*Qualified to a minimum of Foundation level in a recognised Change Management course and/or at least two years' experience of undertaking business change management.
*Outstanding IT skills
