One of our partners in the power generation engineering sector have created a brand new position for a Product Support Engineer to join their growing Coventry based team. They have recently launched a revolutionary range of products and have started shipping them to customers all around the world. As a result of this, a need has arisen for what is their first ever hire in their engineering support function. Skills and experience for Product Support Engineer. Essential skills and experience:Experience working within electronics manufacturing / PCB manufacturing.Technical B2B customer facing experience.Direct experience in a technical product support roleExperience providing administrative support to a busy department.Must be a proactive, highly organised individual with outstanding attention to detail.Minimum HNC/HND in electronics. Desirable skills and experience:Specific background in electronics / PCB design.Degree educated (engineering, electronics or similar).Direct experience in a technical product support rolePCB diagnosis, test and repair experience.
