Qualified Supervisor (Progression to Technical Manager)

£32,000 - £35,000 + Clear Progression to become a Technical Manager + Continuous Training + Company Car + Phone + Laptop + Bonus

Office based, Commutable from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Evesham Are you a Qualified Supervisor with the 2391 or 2394/5 test and inspection qualifications looking to join a UK leader in the electrical market where you will be given excellent training and the opportunity to become a Technical Manager? This is a great opportunity where you will work alongside the Operations Manager reporting to the Directors and play a key part in the company's on-going success. This is a great opportunity where you will become a Technical Manager leading a team of electrical specialists and the face of the engineers. This company have been established for over 20 years and have a very low staff turnover due to offering a great place to work and are renowned for offering a great quality service making it a fantastic time to get on board and continue your career. This role will suit a Qualified Supervisor looking to progress into a Technical Manager The Role:

· Office based with regular site travel to meet with engineers, conduct audits and meet with clients

· Maintaining a strong level of electrical expertise with the ever growing technical team.

· Stays away required, on average 1 per week

· Lots of training and career progression

The Person:

· Electrical Qualified Supervisor

· Qualified to 2391 or 2394 / 2395
