Inbound Sales Advisors

My client is currently looking for inbound dales advisors to handle incoming calls from customers (no sales/outgoing calls). This is answering calls, problem solving, assisting with customer queries.

Previous customer service experience is essential.

Duration - Initial 11 month contract.

Rate - £13.50 (INSIDE IR35 so candidates must work underneath an umbrella company)

Shift work: 8 am - 4pm, and 2 pm - 10 pm.

-Positive, Motivated/Hard working and Proactive

-Have a soft/helpful, trustworthy and honest approach.

-Able to work autonomously but also be a team player

-Call time and SLAs aware (work is to non-sales targets)
