o User Management, answering CRM user queries, user creation/deactivation, role assignments o Customizing the application to appeal to user, setting up reporting and dashboard o Integration with 3rd parties o Data maintenance, control data uploado Create and deliver sophisticated documents and reportso Working with key stakeholders to determine requirements ProfileKey Requirements

o Hands on experience working with Salesforce , Conga Composer / Grid o Understanding of Salesforce integration capabilities and automationo Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skillso A collaborative and consultative approach to working with otherso Experience of managing and manipulating large sets of data using MS Excelo A can-do attitude and drive to deliver to deadlines at paceo A team player with excellent interpersonal skills Job OfferMy client are offering a basic salary of up to £35,000 including a range of fantastic benefits.
