Implementation | Pre-Sales | Software | Consultant | London | Permanent | Job Senior Solution ConsultantSenior Solution Consultant required to join a Software Provider based in Finsbury Circus. The Senior Solution Consultant will join a team that drives awareness, adoption, delivery and implementation of the business' software solutions to their external clients. As the Senior Solutions Consultant, your role will be to coach, train and mentor customers and partners on the how to leverage the software solution to meet each client's unique requirements. You will be involved in all stages of the customer lifecycle from pre-sales, implementation, on-going support and account expansion opportunities. Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a solution expert across client engagements

* Understand and translate client business artefacts and requirements into the solution structures and templates

* Provide support throughout all aspects of the sales and implementation process, including development of customised demonstrations, development of marketing and training collateral and support of client implementation activities

* Balance multiple ongoing engagements at a variety of stages, managing expectations of key internal and external stakeholders

* Create Proof of Concepts for customers

* Assist in response to RFI's and RFP's

* Stay up to date on all BMP related matters and updates, staying in close contact with Product Development and developers

* Be a Subject Matter Expert for the business BMP, supporting sales and new staff with knowledge and best practices

* Train and onboard UK staff to ensure they understand BMPDesired Qualifications & Skills

* BA degree or equivalent

* 7+ years experience

* Excellent analytical and communication skills

* Strong background with Excel and PowerPoint

* Proven ability to master IT tools

* Demonstrated ability to understand business models and frameworks

* Previous experience working at an Advisory firm or Financial Services firm, as a team member on business improvement/transformation programmes, or in a Customer Success role at a technology company

* Prioritise and organise effectively

* Work both collaboratively and independently

* Develop strong relationships with internal team members as well as external clients and partners

* Work with remote team members
