Reporting directly to the Head of Risk you will be using and developing proprietary risk models to provide the risk function directly to the Front Office.This is a Risk Analyst opportunity in Dublin City with a view to gain extensive exposure within a small team environment and work daily with investment professionals as well as learning from C suite leadership. This role provides an excellent growth opportunity alongside a competitive salary and bonus.Main Responsibilities:Develop new and improve existing proprietary risk models.Promote the integration of financial data models focusing on current and potential financial market environments.Provide customised daily and weekly risk reports that are tailored to Front Office needs.Use the risk data and reporting data collected to improve functionality and provide more timely and critical risk data from this.Ad hoc modelling and risk needs.Experience Required:High level quantitative skills, excel/python modelling with a preference to Risk.Coding skills with a preference to Python.Degree in STEM or associated field e.g. Finance, Computing, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Quant.Keen interest in finance / investments / tradingAbility to describe and explain risk analysis to different departments including trading teams.Why this Role?Develop your career with high level propriety systems.Direct exposure to senior management and trading teams.Access and insight into the top level investments space.Competitive remuneration.
