The DBA will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of regulated and non-regulated RDBMS systems, the integrating of systems using ETL and supporting implementation of Master Data Management. Client DetailsGlobal OrganisationDescriptionThe DBA will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of regulated and non-regulated RDBMS systems, the integrating of systems using ETL and supporting implementation of Master Data Management. They ensure the Data Integrity (ALCOA+) of our applications. They will engage on requirements capture as much as technical administration, and work with all departments to ensure IT and Quality change controls are executed. This is a "hands-on" position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems. Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, integration of alerting into the service desk, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security. Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real-time, providing problem resolution end-to-end. Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours. Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members Explain, define and deploy feature to help integrate systems (ETL) Explain, define and deploy features to help support master data governance across processes and systems.
