Cloud Architect / DevOps Engineer (Python AWS Automation). Are you a multi-skilled Cloud Architect looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a start up with huge potential? You could build market-disrupting systems from scratch and play a key role in making strategic tech decisions.

The company's core Beta product is a multi-dimensional data analysis software suite intended to modernise and simplify sales projections for major retailers. They have received significant funding to accelerate them to the next level and turn their ambitious product roadmap into a reality.

As a Cloud Architect you'll take ownership of the design, creation and deployment of the state of the art cloud infrastructure (including no SQL / SQL database technology) to support the platform and help the business realise its strategic goals. You'll have critical oversight of day to day management, maintenance and monitoring of cloud systems integrity and performance, meeting SLAs and designing, developing and deploying microservices and A/B testing frameworks.

In this Cloud Architect role you'll earn a highly competitive salary (to £90k) plus bonus and a generous holiday allowance. You'll be based at modern offices in South London with access to a range of facilities, a short walk from well-connected travel lines and flexibility around the core hours.

Requirements:

You have strong Cloud Architecture / Engineering experience (AWS preferred)

You have strong Python coding skills

You have a strong knowledge of Cloud deployment, microservices architecture and database technology best practice with experience deploying cost effective, 24/7, scalable solutions

You have experience with Kubernetes, Redis, MongoDB

You have indepth knowledge of Linux / UNIX

You're a passionate about technology, keen to get stuck into strategic design and hands-on creation and deployment
