Their two founders; Andrew and Daniel have created a company with staff that work together, learn from each other and support each other through all levels of the company.They encourage autonomy, self-development and give you a friendly and supportive environment to work in to allow you to provide the very best levels of support, advice and partnership with their customers.The role:Responsible for full product development lifecycle, from initial scope and design through development to production release and ongoing maintenanceAccountability for end-to-end service to ensure SLA's are met and service quality is meeting the customer's requirementsDevelop sales strategies alongside sales leaders, providing supporting documentation and trainingEnsure release processes to business / commercial teams and to technical teams are fit for purpose and actively followed so that product enhancements are successfully transitioned from development into productionDevelop and maintain strong commercial relationships with suppliers and key influencers in associated verticalsWhat they need from you?Expert in Service Provider networks, with demonstrable experience working with MPLS, BGP, OSPF and other associated technologiesStrong hardware knowledge including routing & switching platforms from Cisco, Juniper & MikrotikDemonstrable experience of owning and managing a product line, including forecasting, Product design & development, P&L responsibility etc.What's in it for you?At The Company, they are a family.
