Software Developer (C# .Net WPF UI/UX CAD). Imperial University spinout start up is seeking a technically-sharp C# Software Developer to join their small, highly intelligent team. You could work on a market-disrupting product in a dynamic Agile team, where your ideas will be valued and championed from the start.

The company is venturing into unchartered territory and has embarked on a project to build a powerful platform that allows different formats of architecture planning data to integrate seamlessly, optimising collaboration between all stakeholders involved in constructing buildings. This is an exciting time to join as you'll have in-depth hands on involvement on a product with huge potential.

As a Software Developer you'll play a critical role in contributing to development using C# .Net. You'll have an opportunity to construct a detailed, hands-on understanding of the product you are working on, collaborating with colleagues on UI/UX designs and creating functionally designed UI in WPF.

In this Software Developer role there are plenty of technical training and personal development opportunities available, so you'll have an opportunity to expand your skill base through exposure to diverse, current technologies like Node.js, C++ and MongoDB and progress to a more senior role.

Requirements:

You have demonstrable experience as a C# .Net Software Developer and are competent with WPF

You are familiar with creating clients for RESTful APIs

You have good working knowledge of concurrency / threading in C#

Desirable: experience in developing software utilising CAD / BIM software APIs, experience creating UX designs / wireframes
