IT Support Engineer (3rd / 4th Line)

£32,000 - £40,000 + bonus + 33 days holiday + on call bonus + pension

Newport, South WalesAre you looking for a senior support role in a global business with a small close knit support team? You will be working with the most up to date cloud technology, O365, Servers, Network, VMWare, SCCM, AD, SQL, alongside leading IT projects. This job has been created due to growth in the business and continued investment in IT. This would suit someone with strong network and server experience looking to take the lead in major projects including: DC decommissioning, new firewall, Windows 10 upgrade, Integration with new company. With a company that are always investing. The Role:

- Provide high level support on escalated issues, the go to IT Engineer

- Take the lead in IT projects, installation and configuration on networks

- Continue learning to ensure up to date IT knowledge

- Infrastructure includes: O365, MS Servers, VMWare, SCCM, AD, SAN.NAS storage, SQLThe Person:

- Experience in 3rd line support / infrastructure roles

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure
