IT Service Desk Technician

£17,500 - £18,500 + bonus + 33 days holiday + excellent training

Newport, South Wales Are you looking for an entry level IT Support role with lots of training across the latest Microsoft technology stack? This role is with an exciting manufacturing company producing state of the art machinery.You will be working for a large local employer known for providing first rate training and development opportunities as part of a global business! This manufacturing company invests in the latest technology and the small close knit IT team allows for lots of on the job training and a great career path. This would suit someone with good IT qualifications or some experience in the workplace, looking to join a big company with a family feel and lots of training. The Role:

- 1st line and some 2nd line support to company users once trained

- Take on the job training to become expert on Microsoft stack and progress in your career

- Improve your skills in Active Directory, Office 365, networking, desktop / remote supportThe Person:

- IT support qualification
