Application Support Analyst (MS Dynamics AX) - HomebasedApplication Support Analyst opportunity for Midlands Manufacturer seeking some MS Dynamics AX 2012 expertise - offering remote working for the right, reliable candidateClient DetailsMidlands-based Manufacturing businessDescriptionTake ownership for incidents and service requests logged by end-usersIdentify recurring issues and deliver additional training and advice as appropriatePerform routine system checks, identify issues and take action / make recommendations as appropriateProvide testing for patches and releasesPrepare and present changes to the Change Advisory BoardAssist with development and delivery of small changesIdentify areas for improvement and provide input to Continuous Improvement plansBuild and maintain knowledge base support documentation ProfileAt least 2 years' experience working as an Application Support Analyst on the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP systemMust have UK Driving licence with access to own vehicleExcellent communication skills with experience of working in large complex environmentsMust have a natural curiosity for problem solving and passionate about providing good service to end usersIdeally has worked specifically in the purchasing and finance modules of MS Dynamics AXStrong documentation skillsGood understanding of ITILJob Offer£32,500 - £42,500 DOE + Benefits
