About the role
Here at Babcock International, we are seeking a Licensed Engineer (Base Maintenance) to carry out base maintenance tasks, where you will be responsible for returning aircraft return to service and completing inspections.Working within a highly motivated and talented team, this role will expose you to best in class engineering tasks and you will receive ongoing training and development opportunities.What do I need to do the role?
Key Technical Skills / competencies:
* Hold an EASA part-66 B1.3 licence with EC135 type or similar
* Have held rotorcraft maintenance industry experience for a significant period
* Have previously worked in a part-145 environment
* Basic metal work repair techniques
* Working knowledge of safety management systems (SMS)Qualifications:
* EASA part-66 B1.3 licence with EC135 type or similar
* Clean driving licenceMajor Tasks and Activities:
* Aircraft inspections
* Aircraft repair
* Aircraft maintenance
* Secondary hangar support tasks
What else do I need to know?
