Training Manager - Law Enforcement - London - 12 months+
This role is deemed inside IR35
A Training Lead is needed for a central government organisation to determine the most suitable approach and manage delivery for training stakeholders in the business on the new SARs IT system and establishing a community of trainers within the business.
In particular, the focus of this role will be on:
*Tailoring the training approach and delivery to various stakeholder groups for each project phase
*Provision of assurance of training materials for gateway reviews and Business Readiness Assessments ensuring that the operational business is fully trained to receive the new system
Skills:
A self-starting, highly experienced and motivated senior Training Lead
Demonstrate extensive experience in developing and delivering training, including approach, plans and measurement / feedback processes
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, in order to engage with senior business stakeholders
Strong planning skills and an ability to deliver quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
Previous experience of managing training in both a project and operational environment
Previous experience of managing training for a large-scale technology programme
Previous experience of Public Sector training
