Spring technology are currently working in partnership with a leading company to recruit a Voice Network Manager to join their existing thriving team within Coventry.

The Telephony Systems Manager is responsible for all services delivered by the Telephony Systems team including provisioning, fault management and supplier management. They are responsible for ensuring that all sites have an appropriate telephony solution that meets business requirements. They also have line management responsibility for all members of the Telephony Systems team.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure that all faults and service requests relating to Telephony are handled within agreed service levels

* Provisioning of new telephony solutions and services

* Upgrading of telephony solutions

*Ensure there is a complete set of information for all telephony assets across the UK and Ireland

* Managing telephony projects to specific timescales and costs

* Ensure that all project activity is completed within allocated timescales and documented to departmental standards

* Conduct regular service reviews with suppliers to maintain high service levels

* Leading, appraising and developing staff and promoting their careers within the company

* Supporting all business functions by providing technical and operational advice and skills

Skills and experience required:

* Direct line management experience essential

* Knowledge of telephony systems and their underpinning network infrastructure

* Experience of problem management

* Ability to build close collaborative working relationships with suppliers

* Reporting software and systems would be advantageous

* Understanding/experience of ITIL processes is desirable

* Ability to provide a customer focused service to committed Service levels is essential
