You will focus on facilitating the general upkeep of critical services using your expert knowledge and experience. You'll also be responsible for improving system functionality as well as the deployment and iteration of software to deliver a smooth automated process from the start of the project lifecycle to the end.Here's some of the skills that will make you excel in this role…Experience of commodity cloud provider - AWS or Azure in a production system.CI/CD experience in a production environmentConfiguration Management tooling experienceContainerisation - Docker, Kubernetes, SwarmFluency in at least one programming languageThe role would require commitment to consultancy work as you will likely be away from home for 3/ 4 days of the week travelling anywhere in the UK, liaising with blue chip clients and offering your expertise and technical ability to provide pivotal guidance on their projects.
