Service Manager-Children & Young People-Business Planning, Service Design & Performance- £400-£500 Per Day-INSIDE IR35Our client based in SE London are recruiting for a Service Manager to advise and support senior management across the on business planning, service design performance, data information and analysis. You will drive innovation in service review, and redesign to effect cost reduction and improved service delivery. To co-ordinate and lead as appropriate with the relevant divisional Heads of Service on our clients performance management and the use of data to drive service improvement and underpin service redesign. To drive the development and use of service design tools and techniques to transform delivery. To lead on the development and design of business planning processes and systems for services. The successful applicant will also be required to support colleagues across the Council and elsewhere to understand the performance information provided.Knowledge and Experience Knowledge of performance management systems and reporting tools.Evidence of having delivered effective performance measures and a performance culture that achieves objectives and drives up performance standards.Extensive experience of successfully delivering service redesign and change projects which improve customer focused service delivery and deliver savings Experience of providing high quality and robust performance information for external inspections.Strong track record in delivering service improvements through the use of change management using design principles.Demonstrable experience of influencing and delivering change in a large complex organisation.A successful track record as a manager in a large, complex organisation preferably to be within the public sector.Demonstrable record of success in providing high quality service with experience in planning, managing and controlling complex workloads, and proven experience of managing major organisational and cultural changes in service delivery.Experience of strategic budget management, monitoring and control.Demonstrable evidence of leading teams to deliver to specified outcomes in high pressure environments.
