Job DescriptionA Workforce Optimisation company based in London is looking for a Software Engineer that is passionate about Data Science, to develop Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing algorithms in their Intelligence team.Role & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for product development and work on key textual data problems, solutions and deep searchResearching and designing the Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning solutions for companies, in order to increase efficiency, productivity and engagement for these clientsWorking with existing application and how to work with them, as well as creating data usage in new waysWorking within an agile team and attending daily meetings to discuss potential solutions and issues to overcomeSkills & QualificationsKnowledge of innovative Machine Learning and NLP technologies from either commercial experience or academiaExpertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaSolid knowledge of advanced application architecturesBenefits 25 days of holiday + UK Bank holidays Flexible working locations following completion of probation period
