Service Operations Engineer (NATO)

Mandatory:

*Expert on administration and operation of network and service management applications, including system installation, configuration and analysis

*Two years in administration and implementation of Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) or other system support systems;

*High level on collection, analysis and reporting of operational performance data;

*Experience on investigating and analysing complex scenarios, solving problems in innovative ways

*Knowledge on technical operations and maintenance documentation;

*Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and successfully articulate complex issues to a variety of audiences and teams

Desirable:

*Industry leading certification in the area of Cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, MCSE/S, CISA, GSNA, SANS GIAC.

*A solid understanding of Information Security Practices; relating to the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of information (CIA triad.)

*Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements
