The Digital Workplace Operations Team Lead will be leading and influencing the operational team who is responsible for Server, Desktop and Mobile technologies and Application packaging and support. As a Digital Workplace Operations Team Lead, you will manage and develop the team and help empower them to continue to grow in their skills and abilities. You will also investigate future improvements in line with industry best practice.

Essential Skills for the Digital Workplace Operations Team Lead:Hold or be eligible for SC clearanceExperience with people management and ticket managementWorking to defined SLA's and OLA's and ensuring the ways of working is documented and followedAbility to carry out BAU work and requestsProven track record of working at technical interview levelAbility to work effectively across complex matrix organisation structures.Strong communications, relationship building and influencing skillsExcellent people management skills, with ability to communicate at all levelsWillingness for 5% travel (including some time away from home)
