You'll have the opportunity to join a collaborative team, delivering a range of high quality systems which support the delivery of successful IT Solutions.Your role will involve collaborating with project managers, business representatives, end-users and technical teams within the wider business network.What you'll be doing:Owning the development of 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' processes as well as functional and non-functional requirementsCollaboratively working with a range of stakeholders within IT to identify technical systems and process changesTaking a lead on workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to identify business driversMentoring coaching and supporting junior members of the Business Analyst teamWhat makes you a fit for this role?Proven experience as a Business Analyst across the full IT development lifecycleExcellent problem solving skills using a logical approach with a keen eye for detailExperienced with creating diagrams and models through usage of UML, BPMN or similar modelling techniquesExperience with using software such as MS Visio or Sparx EAAbility of working towards deadlines through effective planning, prioritising and organisationCertification in Lean/Six Sigma or similar qualificationIf you're interested in this opportunity and would like to be considered then please apply now with your latest CV, or send your CV directly I would be keen to discuss this position in more detail.
