My Reading-based client is looking for a Business Architect to join their newly formed Business Architecture team which forms a key part of their Transformation and Change team. This role gives you the opportunity to join a fantastic company that is going through significant business transformation across all areas within their organisation.Roles and responsibilities:Work with senior stakeholders across the business to design business strategies and operating modelsGather useful insight from different data sets (quantitative and qualitative)Outline key measurements that will help to evaluate the quality and performance of business unitsScope and document activities for transformation road-mapsSupport wider Business Architecture activity (i.e. process improvement and business change management)Influence key internal and external stakeholdersSkills and Qualifications:Demonstrable experience of working on the definition, design and delivery of business strategies and business designWorked on large scale transformation programmes that have a large operational focusDemonstrable experience in business design, process improvement or target operating model design.
