2nd Line High Availability Engineer
IT Operations - Milton Keynes - £40,000 per annum - 24 / 7 Shift Pattern
Our client is looking to expand their technical IT team based in Milton Keynes, as a 2nd Line High Availability Support Engineer, you will be required to provide excellent client support in a high availability shift pattern. Ideally coming from an MSP background and having strong Virtualising skills. You will be required to resolve queries to a variety of clients using Microsoft server technology alongside Cisco, NetApp and VMware technologies.
You should one of the following: CCNA / VCP / NCDA - You get fully on the others as part of your package.
Key requirements of the role:
Windows Server
VMWare
NetApp / SAN
Cisco routers / switches & firewalls
ITIL - beneficial
The salary is up to c. £40,00 depending on experience. You will be working on a shift pattern as this is a high availability environment. You will get training and a structured progression plan with industry recognised certifications.
