Support Engineer
Cheadle
£20000 - £24000 per annum
We are looking for a experienced 1st line engineer to join a busy service desk for a reputable company within the Finance Sector.
You will be the first point of contact for all customers and will be responsible for identifying solutions via phone, email or face-to-face.
We need someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about their career who wants to succeed and do well, in return they will provide training opportunities and the funding for technical certifications.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous 1st Line or Helpdesk experience
* Confident written and verbal communication
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 & 10
* Microsoft Active Directory
* Experience supporting Laptops and mobile devices
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Positive attitude towards learning
