Commercial Development Manager (Windows / Home Improvements)£40,000 - £45,000 + Vehicle + PensionCandidates located in Central Belt (Glasgow, Hamilton, Livingston, Edinburgh)Are you a Commercial Manager, Surveyor or Area Sales Manager from a home improvements/timber windows and doors background, looking for a senior position within an industry leader in which you will put your stamp on a growing team?On offer is the opportunity to be the go-to technical point of contact, building relationships with blue-chip customers and leading your team from the front.This company have been established in excess of 30 years, and are part of a world-wide organisation. They are going from strength to strength and are renowned in the industry for the quality of their products and customer service.In this exciting opportunity you will develop customer relationships, lead a team of surveyors, and provide hands on estimation/surveys.This role would a Sales Person or Surveyor with experience in the home improvements industry looking for a senior management role, reporting directly to the MD, leading a team of surveyors and working directly with customers. Experience in the timber windows industry is an advantage.The Role:· Building on relationships during the process
