Junior IT Manager, £30,000 + - Growing Company The role: Fed up of scrolling through recruiting for a successful UK based manufacturing company who are in need for a Junior IT Manager in Gloucester. The company are specifically looking for someone who has experience supporting Dynamics NAV. The client are celebrated internationally for their niche high-quality products and offer any determined Dynamics NAV professional a career changing opportunity. This role offers the chance to join a celebrated company in a pivotal point of their IT growth as they are implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role would offer you significant influence, working alongside the board and taking ownership of the IT Department. Why is this company different? A base salary ranging 30,000 - 35,000 (experience dependant) Company benefits - flexitime, gym on site - amazing company culture Company revenue was £53 million last year - potential to access to company shares & discounts What skills are required? 2 years of work experience in systems management - Dynamics NAV/Business Central Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision/Business Central - Data Analysis and Supporting Dynamics CRM 365 - New version, testing etc (this is an ongoing project that will be supported by another member in the business) O365 & Windows 10 - supporting and user queries Network and Security exposure Strong communication skills Pro-active approach to your career Ability to work effectively with others and independently What are the responsibilities: Support and oversee the D365 Business Central Implementation with a Consultancy Significant Autonomy over the IT Department and direction of the company Offering ad-hoc It support across UK sites Interested?
