A local council currently requires a CRM Manager for an initial 3 month contract based in South East London, paying up to £220 per day via Umbrella.Purpose of the Role To set up and manage the delivery of Agile projects in the Digital Transformation Programme team. This will involve the scoping and development of new opportunities for moving services online and help to identify the best solutions for doing so.Lead on the implementation of specific digital projects/ programmes ensuring the required outcomes are met.Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.Assist with deployment and provisioning activities.To work closely with all stakeholders in order to ensure that their requirements are considered and met.Oversee the management of the CRM system and the staff responsible for supporting the business as usual functions.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of self service transactions and authentication for the Website via Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MOSS7/MOSS10 integration and through collaboration with external providers.
