Functional Test Analyst - Telephony

My client is looking for a Functional Test Analyst to be based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and South Shields on a 6 month contract. They are willing to sponsor an SC clearance for the right candidate.

Key Skills:

Telephony experience desirable.

Excel/VBA skills desirable.

Any experience of REST API/C# desirable.

Good experience of delivering projects using HP ALM or equivalent (especially JIRA/X-RAY).

Strong analysis/test input review/test preparation and execution skills.

Good awareness of other ITIL functions - particularly change management.

Comfortable dealing directly with project managers, technical architects and customers of the client.

Excellent communication skills.

Prepared to work out of hours at the clients site 2-3 evenings per month.

Qualifications:

ISTQB Foundation/Advanced Test Analyst

ITIL V3/V4 Foundation

Location:

South Shields and Newcastle-Upon-Tyne (2 locations).
