Senior Business Change Manager - inside ir35, WFH possible 1-2 days - Watford with infrequent travel

Global Transformation covering IT, Finance and Operations change as part of ERP and Master Data Programmes that will drive new processes, ways of working and access to information.

You will be an expert in Change Management, Operations and Organisational Change comfortable managing Stakeholders, end user expectations, communications and training needs.

Knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter or other change methodologies is required.

Please note, this is a change manager, not a change project manager.
