Junior Service Delivery Manager

£20,000 - £30,000 + perm benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior service delivery manager to join a global leading organisation to be responsible for the management of the service elements of all assigned live contracts/ accounts. We require a highly organised junior service delivery manager who can manage both internal and external stakeholder expectation alongside managing certain deliverables against key accounts.

Responsibilities

*Manage operational costs and financial controls for client and service assigned.

*Provide an escalation point and conduit for the client and the business for all stakeholders and suppliers.

*Work with the client to ensure governance is being followed

*Implement standardised processes for effective management of service.

*Manage/Chair regular service reviews with client and internal stakeholders

*Provide analytical reporting of the service success

*Conduct analysis to identify improvements and drive incremental business opportunities.

*Manage Risk and identify mitigations.

*Provide oversight to contract negotiations and input to delivery of contracts.

*Act as a delivery subject matter expert to support the provision of new business.

Skills

*Experience in an operational IT delivery team role

*Experience working in a multi supplier delivery environment.

*Awareness of secure environments

*Experience in delivery of Cloud and Infrastructure services.

*Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

*Professional, innovative and assertive; with the ability to be both pragmatic and creative in thought process.

*Ability to digest complex information and relay this to other stakeholders in an easy to understand format.

*Vendor Management capability

*ITIL v3 Foundation

*PRINCE2 Intermediate

*Experience of working for a strategic partner, solution integration or services business.
