CRM Architect

CRM Architect / MS Dynamics CRM / D365 / Permanent / Warwickshire

My nationally recognised, award winning client who are known for being a great place to work are looking for an experienced CRM Architect to join growing IT Architecture team.

The CRM Architect will own the roadmap and governance of the MS Dynamics environment. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of an in-flight MS Dynamics 365 CRM programme and following its transition into service will continue directing the future architecture and governance, liaising with other specialists from within the team as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

*Contributing to the development of standards and strategy for architecture.

*Monitoring published MS roadmaps and attending relevant events to gain insight and build appropriate networks.

*Creating and owning the Platform Roadmap.

*Interfacing with third party suppliers of products and services.

*Acting as escalation point for technical and architectural issues.

*Working within published strategy constraints or creating and influencing good strategic direction.

*Collaborating with the D365 Principle Engineer within the context of the DevOps operating model.

*Producing fully costed architecture solutions to business requirements.

*Mapping of user stories to functional and non-functional requirements.

*Ensuring architectural governance over solution delivery.

*Engaging IT & Business representatives to enable architectural change.

Experiences and Skills required:

*Experience of end-to-end architecture, covering business requirements through to technical deployments and service design.

*Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

*Exposure to MS Power Apps & Flow.

*Ability to work effectively with business and IT stakeholders, both internal and partners.

*Experience of systems integration, systems development and service operation environments.

*Experience working with marketing tools and campaign/selection/responses.

*Evidence of previous technical design and architectural experience.

*Experience of working to tight deadlines.

*Well-developed communication and presentation skills.

*A deep understanding of MS updates to CRM and how they are both deployed and sequenced

*Multi-Domain, Multi-Tenant environment experience.

*Recognised industry certification i.e. TOGAF would be desirable but not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, established business as they embark on an exciting period of digital transformation. The salary on offer for this position is £65,000-£85,000 plus and excellent benefits package including a very generous bonus scheme, private health care and a very good group pension scheme to name a few.
