This is an exciting time for an ASIC Design engineer to join my client who have just moved into town! With their HQ close to the coast and due to expansion and ongoing growth plans my client have opened a brand-new office in Bristol. Working as part of a small but expanding team, you will be an experienced Digital Design Engineer with responsibility for the design, verification and testing of the digital and mixed signal solutions. Duties include draft and detail, digital block design specifications, Design and simulate circuits to agreed requirement specifications and create supporting design documents such as design reports and user documentation.
 
I am looking for engineers for both mid-level and senior level roles with experience ranging from 3 years through to circa 10.
 
Essential Skills:
Batchelors, Masters, PhD or equivalent qualification in Electronic Engineering or a related fieldA wide and varied understanding of digital design techniques  and practices.Ability to develop RTL in SystemVerilog and or Verilog.A sound understanding of ASIC digital physical implementation flow, (synthesis, place and route, STA)Desired:
Development experience of digital and mixed signal IP blocks.
Practical hands on experience in the testing and validation of integrated circuits.
Programming and scripting skills in C, python, tcl, bash.
