Controls Proposals EngineerLeedsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Controls Proposals Engineer to work for an industry-leading company developing technology for subsea producers worldwide. Including, production, processing & control systems for maximum safety & reliability.ResponsibilitiesThe Controls Proposals Engineer is responsible for delivering controls tender input. Including, but not limited to - Delivering tender input, ensuring that the strategy is clearly defined and executed to an exceptional standard. This includes developing the tender in full compliance to the tendering procedures, defining technical solution in line with the tender strategy, system architecture and design basis. You will need to perform level 1 review of the exception and qualification and define the qualification status of the equipment offered. You will also conduct design reviews, technically lead the Plant Approval presentation and provide technical support on the post bid clarification process.RequirementsTo be successful in this role you will need proven experience in Subsea Controls equipment tendering and Subsea Controls design Engineering. Knowledge of national and international rules and regulations for the design of Subsea Production Control Systems is required for the position, as well as having detailed technical knowledge and understanding of Subsea Production Systems. You will also need to be self-motivated, with excellent project management and analytical skills.
