Do you have a successful track record of overseeing all procurement and financial related tasks?This market leading business design and build a range of construction projects throughout London, they have aggressive growth plans and are looking for a highly motivated individual to come in and lead the commercial team.In this role you motivate and lead a diverse team of Project Managers, Surveyors, Bid Managers and Estimators. You will review the thoroughness of work in your department, ensuring all tenders are won and all projects are completed within budget and agreed timeframes. You will oversee the whole procurement process including all commercial, contractual and financial matters. You will be responsible for the continuous development and growth of the commercial management team.

The Role

* Head of Commercial (Construction)

* Overseeing a team of Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Bid Managers and Estimators.

* Ensuring excellent quality with estimates, tenders and that all projects are completed on time and to budget

* Visit ongoing projects and attend client meetings

* Developing and mentoring the commercial management team

* £100'000 Circa + Car, Bonus, Autonomy, Development and Excellent BenefitsThe Person

* Commercial leadership within a construction company

* Proven experience of motivating, developing and growing a commercial management team

* Successful management of the whole procurement process

* Worked with management teams to ensure all tenders, estimates and projects are completed to an excellent standard.
