Test Engineer Malvern6 months Job description/Person specification:

My Client is looking to appoint a Test Engineer to join their growing Software Engineering team. The Test Engineers help ensure that technically challenging projects are fit for purpose and are robust when released to customers. As part of a highly skilled and professional team, you will work closely with specialists from across a number of disciplines.

Specific Responsibilities

* Test of GNSS Receivers against their formal requirements (no GNSS experience expected).

* Supporting the System Test Lead to execute the test plan.

* Development of automated test infrastructure (e.g. Jenkins, National Instruments equipment, DOORS, etc…)

* Development of test procedures from existing test cases.

* Execution, analysis and reporting of test results to the test lead.

* Working across a large multi-disciplined team.

Knowledge, skills and Personal Qualities Required

Essential Knowledge

* Candidates must be enthusiastic, with an appetite to learn.

* Candidates must have a background in engineering e.g. hardware, software, firmware and/or systems engineering.

Desirable Knowledge

* MatLab

* C#

* SQL
