Front End Developer (JavaScript Web Mobile). Scale-up technology company is seeking skilled Front End Developer to design and develop the UI for the core product, a complex mathematically based C++ algorithmic software that can be used on a range of devices to process audio, such as IoT home devices, smart speakers, hearing aids and more.

As a Front End Developer you'll be using object orientated JavaScript to create engaging user interfaces for the core hearing aid product web UI and the mobile Android application.

The company has just received significant funding and has signed a deal with a major electronics manufacturer; this is an excellent opportunity to join as they scale and receive potentially very valuable share options. You'll be based in modern offices near Cambridge City centre with a quite working environment and can enjoy a good work / life balance with core hours of 1000 to 1630.

Requirements:

Strong Vanilla JavaScript development experience

Familiar with Android / mobile development

Ideally you will have experience with at least one backend language: C++, Java, Kotlin

Desire and drive to work in a start-up with little structure where you can make a real impact

Nice to have: DSP, Audio experience
