Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join the team of over 20 in the London office. This includes; 10x IT Service Desk Analyst, 2x IT Infrastructure Engineers and management. This role will be providing IT Services and support for 9 offices across the UK. You will be required to travel to these locations on a regular basis.

Role Overview

The Infrastructure Engineer will have a solid background working within a busy IT team; experience in designing and implementing technical solutions, supporting of servers, desktops, and operating systems. The Infrastructure Engineer must have strong experience of technical troubleshooting and problem solving. Depending on projects and tasks, the individual will be required to be available for queries during out of office hours and partake in the on-call rota at weekends.

You will be handling escalated calls from IT Service Desk, administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, administer software application and desktop operating system deployment. You will also be troubleshooting and resolving complex issues which arise.

Salary: 45-60k
