Their values encompass constant optimisation and performance of their products and services to ensure they remain at the top of the industry standard.In this role you will be primarily based in the Bristol office with occasional visits to sites across the UK every couple of months. You will lead a small team who are tasked with analysing remote data sent through from the solar farms to detect issues with performance, such as required maintenance or excessive shading.The ideal candidate will have experience analysing data through remote systems. It would also be helpful to have previous experience in a leadership, management or senior position. Any knowledge of the renewables or energy industry would be beneficial but not required.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company in an exciting position that can deliver plenty of training opportunities and the ability to progress your career in the future.The Role:

*Monday - Friday, 9:00-5:30

*Leading a newly established team

*Monitoring data from solar farms

*Taking action where problems do arise

*Implementing a new system for data collection

The Person:

*Experience with remote data analysis (any industry)

*Any management, leadership or senior-level experience

*Knowledge of the renewable or energy sector would be beneficial but not required
