Our Team

In the Machine Intelligence Programme we design, build, and operate the bank's Chatbots, Data Science, NLP/NLG, and Robotics projects.

We're a diverse group of around 200 people: Software Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Robotics Specialists, Conversation Designers and many more. We come from a variety of backgrounds across the globe, but we all share in the vision of the untapped potential of human and machine intelligence.

What you'll do

What follows is what you might find our Quality Engineers doing on a day to day basis, but your experience will flex depending on the team's needs, and your own aspirations. Our objective is to grow T- and ?-shaped people, and create an environment where you can do what you enjoy.

You'll work within a diverse feature team supporting the quality engineering practices within the engineering and applied science disciplines.

You'll use your knowledge and experience of automated testing to implement an efficient strategy to prove the quality and value of your team's output.

You'll share with and learn from our teams and the wider organisation to ensure our customers benefit from industry leading practices.

You'll work with our DevOps Engineers to maintain a CI pipeline, and move towards CD.
