Founded back in 2001, the company have been working for over 19 years to help some of the world's best-known sports clubs & organisations (including the NFL, Wembley Stadium, and world-renowned football clubs like Liverpool FC, Arsenal FC and Manchester City) expand their knowledge of their fans, and maximise their engagement accordingly.Job descriptionIn this Graduate IT Support Analyst job, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving all technical incidents - both remotely and on-site. Your role within the organisation will be pivotal, as you'll be working alongside a team of developers, assisting with program testing, new application and patch roll-outs and supporting Field Agents and Project Managers. You will need to have a solid technical grounding and an adaptable approach - as you'll be working with various internal teams, clients and colleagues to provide second-to-none 2nd line support and maintenance.Key responsibilitiesIn this IT Support Analyst graduate job, your responsibilities will include:

'€¢Technical incident management (call logging, troubleshooting, escalation)'€¢PC and server software installations, configuration and testing'€¢Investigating and resolving customer support enquires in line with compliance rules and company policy'€¢Product support and maintenance (hardware and software) primarily through remote access'€¢Documenting critical and routine technical procedures as well as end user literature'€¢Providing out of hours support (remotely and onsite)

Job requirements

'€¢A 2.1 from a good university,'€¢A passion for IT and a good understanding of networking principles and Microsoft server and desktop environments'€¢Excellent communication, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills'€¢Relevant MCP, MCSA or MCSE qualifications are advantageous'€¢The ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment'€¢Reliability and a keenness to solve clients demands'€¢The ability to establish good working relationship with customers and fellow colleagues
