Optimisation is a programme which aims to deliver sustainable improvements to drive financial performance and provide ‘headroom' for future growth and investment. The programme is split into two phases with the first phase running since 2018 and currently in delivery mode. This role focusses on the second phase which aims to scope and mobilise in order to deliver further sustainable improvements for implementation over 2021 and beyond.

This role will play a key role in co-ordination of workstreams, monitoring deliverables against deadlines and supporting governance processes to ensure the correct level of management oversight. You will act as an SME for Enterprise PMO processes, championing changes to existing processes and new processes to be rolled out to the Change community. You'll also discover an inclusive culture and every opportunity for personal and professional development.  About the role Supporting Business leads, Project Managers and Programme Managers with the setup of workstreams/projects. Facilitate, track and manage the delivery of project milestones across the programme. Responsible for ensuring that the agreed workstreams/project processes and governance are followed. Consolidate and prepare documentation and information for meetings and governance forums. Quick and efficient production of minutes from various meetings and governance forums as required. Manage the Programme document library including storage, version control and distribution to the agreed SharePoint document library structure. Develop, maintain and continuously improve reporting dashboards used to inform key business decisions. Ensuring workstreams/project across the programme provide accurate, consistent and relevant information to key governance forums. Implement regular reporting mechanisms for all projects ensuring the reporting suite is as streamline as required to satisfy reporting obligations of the various projects in the programme. Facilitate, track and manage the delivery of milestones across the programme. Manage project artefacts e.g. RAID logs, Action logs, Change Requests and Milestone Trackers as required. About you We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience: Demonstrable experience in a PMO/ Change environment. Advanced Excel skills (V-lookup's, IF statements, Pivot tables etc.). Competent in core MS Office applications, specifically MS Word and MS PowerPoint (must be able to produce MS PowerPoint Presentations effortlessly and to a high quality standard). Comfortable in a fast moving environment, that requires someone who is both adaptable and a self-starter. Ability to turnaround minutes or presentations within strict deadlines, ensuring attention to detail is adhered to. Keen stakeholder relationship management skills, able to adapt approach to suit a range of stakeholders and comfortable working amongst senior stakeholders. University level educated Prince2 / P30 / MSP qualifications are desirable but not essential.
