My client is an international retail organisation looking to add to their existing IT Support capability on an initial 12 Month FTC with scope to extend.You will be act as an IT Support Specialist providing 1st/2nd Line Support to circa. 500 end users across 2 main sites.Client DetailsMy client is an international retail organisation based in Avonmouth - they are looking to add to their existing IT Support capability on a busy support desk.DescriptionProvide software support for all desktop applications utilised by the Company including remote support

Provide hardware support for PC's, Laptops, Printers and other network attached devices

Investigate and resolve logged Helpdesk calls and ensure Helpdesk system is appropriately maintained

Office 365 administration

Documentation of technical issues for future business referenceTravel to additional sites to provide support ProfileYou will ideally have 2+ years 1st/2nd Line Support experienceA good grounding in the following technologies: Windows 10 (deployment), Office 365, Active Directory, basic networking, hardware build/repair and software installations.Strong communication skillsFull UK driving licence - will be expected to travel to secondary business sites using a company vehicle Job Offer£24,000-£26,000 dependent on experience + excellent benefits
