IT Support Analyst required to join a large association to support users across a number of sights in London.

Duties:

* 1st/2nd Line Troubleshooting

* On site user support

* Installation of Hardware and Software

* Remote Desktop Assistance

* Windows 7/10/Citrix VDI/Network Support/Telephony
