WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Immersing yourself as a key member on the IT Operations Team, you will be responsible for the company's network and servers which means you will provide desktop support to over 800 users. You will be servicing technical support enquiries which involves troubleshooting and diagnostics as well as working on technical projects! This role involves working a shift rota covering 5 days out of 7 per week.

* Active Directory / DNS

* Windows O/S

* Networking (firewalls, routers, switches)

* AWS / Azure

* VMWare

* SAN

* Linux
