We have grown rapidly since our doors first opened and we are therefore seeking to appoint a talented Incident Support Specialist to join our ever-growing team!

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Immersing yourself as a key member on the team, you will be co-ordinating and managing the Service Desk cases and you will be liaising with our customers and providing support to our engineers to ensure we continue delivering the highest quality of service. You will work closely with our Managed Service team and assist the Service Desk Manager with major incident and problem management whilst also ensuring that cases are updated every day and responded to within our SLA.
