Based in Salford Quays, we are a modern organisation who provide the most intelligent technology solutions, who are seeking to appoint an IT Support Technician with experience in Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Group Policy and Network Security. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Joining our team of professionals, you will be troubleshooting issues for our internal and external users and assist in the deployment of applications. You will use your experience with Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Group Policy and Network Security to work towards long term fixes and adhere to the organisations SLA's and KPI's. We're looking for driven professionals who are passionate about delivering a service that is unrivalled.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

* Experience of Service Desk support

* Windows Operating Systems / Active Directory / Group Policy / Network security

* Supporting bespoke applications

IT'S NICE TO HAVE…

* MSP experience

* Thirst for learning modern technologies

* Educated to graduate level or equivalent
